Alex was born and raised in Greensboro, North Carolina. She graduated from Appalachian State University {Roll 'Neers!} with a bachelors degree in Recreation Management. She minored in Hospitality with a concentration in Commercial Tourism. Alex has always had a passion for event planning. From a young age she has been helping her dad plan an annual golf tournament in memory of her mom. Alex first interned with S&B in 2020 and immediately fell in love with the company. She made the move to Colorado in 2022 after visiting on vacation with her family and decided she didn't want to leave. Now she is in the Vail Valley with her boyfriend, Joey & two dogs Koda and Blue.

Alex loves getting to meet new people and form lasting bonds! She is passionate about event planning because it allows her to be creative and bring peoples' visions to life. She has a strong attention to detail that guarantees a quality final product. Determination, drive and organization are all very important qualities that she keeps at the forefront of her work.
